If you gave us a correct E-mail address, you will have received two automated e-mails confirming your order and your shipping which includes your tracking number alongwith shipping carrier name. You can track packages online using Order Status link. If you have the tracking #, then you can visit either UPS.com or USPS.com to get your package transit-time or delivery status. Sales Tax Requirements:

Items sold by KidsPartyMall.com that are shipped to destinations in the state of Missouri (MO) are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to any other states will not be charged sales tax.

Returns:

KidsPartyMall.com stands 100% behind your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our pet party favors, please return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Merchandise must be returned in salable condition. Returnable items must be un-opened and in original condition. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping charges associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
